I think its a spotted orb weaver spiderling

Kind of cute it has been trying to make small unfinished orb webs in its terarium
You might be right. I cab’t see it well enough though, looks like a young male. Filing to family.

Orbweavers are kind of tough because I think you would need something likely to get caught in it’s web, like small flies. Something that would be unlikely to defend itself well against the spider. Something smaller than the spider. Edit: Not to imply that orbweavers can’t handle larger prey, they can but considering this is a pet you probably don’t want to take a chance. Also, once he reaches maturity he may stop making webs. He’ll just want to find a mate. Might stop eating.
Ok ive fed him fruit flys and when he reaches maturity i will release him.
