Male ‘giant house spider’, Eratigena species. Species cannot be named without examination.
Hi.Your spider is a male giant house spider, Eratigena atrica species, one of the funnel weaver family.
These are about as harmless as spiders come. I have kept females for pets, sadly these males won’t live much into winter, a cool video:
