Can you give me any information on this spider. I found it in my kitchen should I be worried about more and if They are poisonous

They’re not currently considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though. You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation, etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
