It is one of the Fishing Spiders, Pisaurina mira, in the Nurseryweb Weaver family Pisauridae.

Hi, they are common and not dangerous. The bite is said to be about the same as a hornet sting in pain and the body’s reaction. It isn’t a web spider. They stay in a hiding spot during the day and hunt at night. It probably was chasing an insect and followed it into your HVAC system. Hopefully you don’t have insects living in there.
