Comments & ID Thoughts
I keep thinking this is a yellow sac spider. Do you know? And if so what should I do? I heard they they are posionous. This is the 3rd one I've seen so far.
We live in a duplex and so we have a daylight basement.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I can’t make out the details, but yes … this is most likely Cheiracanthium mildei (Long-legged Sac Spider/Yellow Sac Spider). You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance to people (though that has been debated with this species, everyone’s immune system is different so reactions are bound to vary).
