I have never seen a spider like this!
In Maryland
Its black with I think brown stripes maybe, bigger than a wolf spider.
Photo not very good sorry!

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Very tentatively given the amount of detail in the image … this looks like a Fishing Spider, likely Dolomedes tenebrosus.
