At first I was thinking brown recluse (mostly because I'm paranoid, I think) but now I'm thinking sac spider? Anyone more educated than me is more than welcome to chime in. We've been getting these all over our apartment.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Yes, this looks like a Long-legged Sac Spider, Cheiracanthium mildei. You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
