I think he bit me, I felt like little injection, but I do not see a bite
Hi. This would be one of the ground spiders called eastern parson spider. I have only been bitten by one ground spider, different genus, so not certain about these, the one that tagged me stung pretty good, no mistake with a bite. They are venomous like ants and bees so don’t know how you might deal with that. For me, the brief sting was about it, some lingering irritation for a couple hours. Because these will scavenge, some few bites result in secondary infection like paper cuts. Wash the site with soap and water, you should be good to go.… Read more »
