Hi. This would be one of the ground spiders called eastern parson spider. I have only been bitten by one ground spider, different genus, so not certain about these, the one that tagged me stung pretty good, no mistake with a bite. They are venomous like ants and bees so don’t know how you might deal with that. For me, the brief sting was about it, some lingering irritation for a couple hours.
