Found him in my kitchen, not very active. Wondering if it will bite

Hi. Looks like Steaoda grossa, false black widow. Might be my monitor but hairy and banded legs could be hacklemesh weaver or orb weaver for that matter. Yes, they all can bite if provoked in some manner, just not likely to. Only bitten by two cobweb spiders, A little pain and some local swelling was it,they are not medically significant, but can’t say how you handle venomous bites like ants or bees.
Bites from spiders are about the last thing I worry about.
