I am going to guess Leucauge venusta a member of the Tetragnathae family….from the shape of the spiders abdomen and the green tinge to the legs

Definitely! Gorgeous photo too! The straight silk strands in the foreground are how the spiders walk around and away from the web. They make webs at an angle between vertical and horizontal above where insects will rise from grass or water.
