I think this is a Mediterranean false black widow [Steatoda paykulliana]. The stripes are normally red, but it’s not unheard of for them to be different colors – looks like this one is yellow

Adult females have red stripes or no stripes. This one is a male and he has white stripes.

Also females (mostly juvenile ones) have white stripes too.
Very young females look almost same as males too.
If it’s like in this pic check the pedipalps.
If it’s fat and have white stripes – (most likely) juvenile female.
If it’s fat and have red stripes or no stripes – adult female.
Should note that: It’s not a 100% way. Adult females can have white stripes too.
