Yes, she looks like a catfaced spider, which is an orbweaver, Araneus gemmoides.
I found one in my window of my house upstairs that had a face too, but it looked like Humpty Dumpty! There are some crazy looking faces on spiders!

This is Araneus cavaticus (Barn Spider). In the book Charlotte’s Web, Charlotte the spider says her full name is Charlotte A. Cavatica, this species was previously known as Aranea cavatica.
