Hi, she’s in the defensive posture in the photo because she’s scared. What is the date she was photographed supposed to have been? If you still have her you can submit another photo in a new posting (note that it is the same spider). Try to get a clear photo of her back, the dorsal surface is where most of the markings and other features we look for are. She would like a big leaf to wrap around herself like a blanket when she sleeps during daytime.
