Can someone tell me what this is I have aracnophobia and am freaking out

I found it on my window then it crawled onto my wall my bedroom is in the garage please help
Is it venomous there were two and I lost the other one. The other one was slightly lighter than this one
Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Jumping Spider (Salticidae), looks like Menemerus semilimbatus. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance and only likely to bite in self defense. It’s not anything to worry over.
