Hello. I found this on my bathroom floor last night and I’m very worried it might be a brown recluse. Could you please help me identify this spider?
Hi, this is a male Southern House Spider, Kukulcania hibernalis. They are often mistaken for Brown Recluse but are easily distinguished by the extra long pedipalps (leg-like appendages) near the spider’s mouth.
