I think this is a female bold jumper. She's missing her left front leg and I'm curious about the orange spot on her chelicerae.

The chelicerae have thick hairs that refract light much like a prism. The orange spot is due to the particular angle that the hairs in that area are at relative to the camera and they are refracting light in a different part of the spectrum – a different point in the rainbow, do look orange instead of the usual green.
Thanks for the response! That spot looks orange from every angle and in one photo it looked like maybe there is a scar there. I thought maybe it was from a past injury.
