Do I need to relocate this buggers? I have small children that might get too close

I can’t make out the details. This might be a Common House Spider, Parasteatoda tepidariorum, but I’m not certain from this image. They’re good for preying on less desirable insects. If that is what it is they tend to stay in their webs, if the web is right where they play you could relocate it but if it’s just on the side of the house or something like that I wouldn’t worry about it.
