maybe Argiope bruennichi.
The banding pattern being in 3s sort of sells it as “Tri”-fasciata 😉

Thanks for the tip! I was going by the waviness of the lines, but both species can be wavy. I misinterpreted the species name as meaning layers of three colors, I totally missed the obvious meaning.
