I am essentially ignorant about spiders, but do a lot of wildlife photography and would like to be correct in titling images. This photograph was made along the American River Parkway near Sacramento, Calif., a 9:34 AM on November 14, 2015. I'd appreciate help to identify the spider. Many thanks!
